A young girl with a passion for riding horses must make a heart wrenching decision whether or not to have major spinal surgery. Her decision will impact not only her ability to ride, but the rest of her life.

Anyone with faith and a belief in guardian angels will find renewed strength in the journey this mother and daughter take through major spinal surgery.

Excerpt:

The next hour we spent walking the halls of the hospital. We tried sitting in one waiting room, then another. We picked up and looked at magazine after magazine, putting each one down without remembering what we read. I found myself in bewilderment, wondering the hows and whys. What could possibly have caused such severe curves in Nancy's spine? Had I done something wrong? I had to know why. Somehow I knew I must find answers. If there were any.
